Blessings & ball cards

A faith-based tournament is a christ-focused approach to sports and fellowship. One that includes a Spirit-filled sunday message so that the glory is God’s.

Our goal is to convert as many weekend tournaments of any sport, into a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled festival that focuses on God’s glory above all else.

During faith-based tournaments, we have seen an increase in fellowship, love, prayer and community… instead of the focus being on personal success and trophies. We know that the one True trophy that we all should strive for is Jesus, and that He has already won THE GREATEST VICTORY for us!

• Sunday message: The main focus of our tournament weekend is the Sunday message. A time to reflect on the Goodness of God with a Spirit-filled message given by a local community member or from Scott. There will be worship music before the service and a time of prayer before and after the message.
• Prayer: If you need prayer, we encourage you to stop by the Blessings and ball cards trailer. We would love to pray with and for you in your time of need or praise. Prayer can also be done privately in the trailer if you prefer.
• Fellowship: Prayer, love and fellowship bring teams together on a whole new level. Entire teams show up to the Sunday message, they gather to discuss Bible verses and ball cards, and they ask for prayer before games.
• Bible verses: The Blessings and ball cards team offers a discount at the table for buyers that can either share a Bible verse or a Bible story for everyone at the table. This encourages the spoken Word of God to be shared for everyone (The Great Commission – Matthew 28).
• Community love: We have never experienced tournament comradery among different teams from different cities (and different states), than at a faith-based tournament. The atmosphere is just different, and that is because the Spirit of God fills the hearts of so many with love and compassion.
• Ball cards: Well, you knew there had to be ball cards somewhere at these tournaments! The Blessings and ball cards trailer will be on site selling singles, graded cards, packs, boxes, and Blessings bags. Not only that but we will make sure you feel like a loved brother or sister in Christ – because that is our mission verse from Philippians 2:3! Half of all profits will go to people in need in your community.
